Tre’Win Catering is an established catering company operating in the Hampton Roads area of southeastern Virginia. Tre’Win was created more than 21 years ago by owner, Cheryl Winfield, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Cheryl is a certified professional, licensed in Virginia. As spouse and mother of career military members, I have had the distinct pleasure of preparing home-cooked Sunday and holiday meals for our service members, stationed in Hampton Roads, away from their families. The joy of cooking and entertaining spun the idea of this catering service.

Tre’Win has catered such events as birthday parties, retirement ceremonies, class reunions, anniversaries, weddings, and served as a personal chef to customize menus for parties of 200-600 guests.

Tre’Win currently offers a wide range of cuisine to satisfy the lunch and dinner hour, featuring:

• N’Awlins style dishes – Jambalaya, Shrimp Creole, Red Beans n Rice
• Seafood entrees – N’Awlins style Shrimp and Catfish Po’ Boys
• Home-style meals – Roast Beef w/ gravy, Baked Chicken , Homemade Chicken n Dumplings, Green Beans, cabbage mashed potatoes
• Desserts – Peach Cobbler, Home Made cakes
• Beverages – Flavored lemonade, Peach tea

Tre’Win takes a personalized approach in understanding the clients’ needs. We spend an extensive amount of time with our clients explaining menus and offering options.

A survey of current customers suggests that customers view the services and Chef Cheryl as professional, personable, and friendly. Tre’Win’s customers are happy with the service and attention they receive and as a result, recommend our services to family and friends.

Tre’Win has a full time staff of four people, including catering assistants. Our staff has more than 35 years of combined experience as cooks and customer service professionals.
