The mobile food trailer is equipped with Food and Health Department approved refrigeration, heating units, such as four burner stove, double oven, steam tables, and heating lamps. The trailer also has three compartment sink and hand washing stations and meets all the criteria for a class four mobile restaurant on wheels.
